Hilary has consulted for over 20 years with charities and not for profit service providers.  She has facilitated the development of partnerships involving statutory and third sector organizations at local and regional level to support effective service delivery and to influence policy and planning, particularly in the fields of health, social care, and ageing/older people. 

Previously, Hilary worked with academic partners to develop an in-house senior management development programme for a national federation of charities, including conception, design and delivery of multi-modular programmes
